By accessing and using STATWellMD's telemedicine services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

• STATWellMD provides asynchronous and live telemedicine services for non-emergency medical conditions.
• Services may include: virtual consultations, prescriptions, lab orders, and referrals.
• STATWellMD is not a replacement for in-person emergency or complex specialty care.

Eligibility

• Patients must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Services are limited to patients physically located in states where STATWellMD is licensed.
• ID verification may be required before treatment.

Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information.
• Use the platform responsibly and for personal healthcare only.
• Follow treatment plans and prescribed instructions.

Payment & Insurance

• Payment is due at time of service unless insurance arrangements are available.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent use of services, identity theft, abusive behavior toward staff, or misuse of prescriptions is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• STATWellMD makes no guarantees that telemedicine will meet all of a patient's healthcare needs.
• Not liable for delays or limitations inherent to technology or third-party vendors.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which it is incorporated.
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
